What Defines a Modern-Classic Aufguss?

• Solo performance, 12 – 15 minutes (14 minutes is considered ideal).

• Up to 90 seconds for a concise welcome: theme, fragrances, safety.

• Water or ice infused with essential oils only—no smoke, props or elaborate costumes.

• Neutral sauna attire (pestemal or kilt). A hand-held fan may be used for a maximum of two minutes.AufgussWM
